@Jerry Lin, We tested 2 cables. I updated lib file first, and captured the log file with 2 cables. One has the issue when change Screen resolution from 720p to Auto(UHD). And the other one is OK. SWAN_OK_UHD.zip : No issue log SWAN_NO_UHD.zip : No video after changing Screen resolution to Auto(USD). |

Hi Wooshin, We have tested the patch provided by Synaptics, but Synaptics still needs to confirm some issues. Our hardware has also been modified for HDMI signal strength and will be verified in DVT build. Jerry |

Hi Wooshin, We used a long hdmi cable test on the DVT board and the result seemed to be the same. We have asked HW to confirm if there are other problems, We also check our long HDMI cable on AI2 and the result seemed to be the same. Do you have the same situation when using a long hdmi cable on AI2 ? Jerry |

Hi Wooshin, SKB provides us with a 1.5 meter long HDMI cable for HW for SI test. This HDMI cable is normal to test the resolution switching, but when we connect two identical HDMI cables in series to test the resolution switching, it is abnormal. I remember that you also used two HDMI cable with different lengths to test. One can switch the resolution normally , the other is not. Jerry |
